For all junior developers, you should be curious in learning, and ready to explore unknowns with courage. Don’t underestimate the power of soft skills.

In present times Companies are expecting like never before and they only need who can solve problems quickly also who doesn’t create more problems.

You shouldn’t be waiting for someone to solve your problems, instead, plan your work and reach out to seniors about your thought process and approach to solving a particular task/problem. This will help in saving developers time and project success.

Senior Developers and above soft skills take you far in your career journey do not neglect things like with whom you are communicating and how you are presenting yourself in front of juniors and superiors.

Companies are willing to pay top dollar for those who solve problems. One cannot become a great problem solver by working for only one company. Stay updated with the latest technologies.

Someone will hire you if you have the right attitude and problem-solving skills (it’s a matter of your practice and upskilling yourself for consistently at least 6 months).

Learn to say No, when you are already burning out or don’t have interest to work on…
